Know all men by these presents that I Mary E. Burney of said County of Pickens for and in consideration of the natural Love and affection which I have and bear for my Mother Sallie Gaines Do by these presents give grant and convey to the said Sallie Gaines my portion of the following property,

Three work mules together with the farm farming utencils wagon harness forage improvements dwelling household and kitchen furniture and all of the hogs belonging to the estate of James T. Gaines (Deceased) to manage as she sees fit during her natural life....

Do this day give unto my beloved wife M. E. Law
and my little son Wesley B. Law all of my property

real or personal together with my mark and Brand, which shall be recorded in their name I only reserving the right to manage and control the same to the best advantage for their use and benefit and at my death the property shall be divided Equally between the two, Provided However, that in the event we should have other children born to us they shall have an equal share with the above named parties. And in the event that my wife M. E. Law should die first then her portion shall be divided equally among our children. And in the event that my wife and our children should die and leave me alive, then the property in whole shall revert back to me.

Know all men by this instrument of writing That I, Britt Willis, for and in consideration of the sum of ($175.00 cts) to me, in hand paid, by Wm. P. Worthington and My Mother Elvira Worthington, for Holmes Willis, My brother, and Amelia Willis, My sister, I do agree and bind myself, at the time I become Nineteen Years of age, or as soon there after as I can, to convey all my right, claim, title, and interest, that I own or may on in My father's old farm, Now occupied by William P. Worthington.

I Robert H. Love bequeath forever, Unto My Daughter Eugenia Love, as her own property, the Buggy that I know own, which is at My Residence at Oil Springs in Pickens County C. N.

I also give & bequeath for Ever, Unto My Son Thomas B. Love, as his own private property, a certain Brown or bay Mare and Colt, which mare I now use as a saddle animal.

I also give and bequeath as her Separate property, for Ever Unto My Daughter Maud Winter Love A certain Brown Mare mule which I own. Branded thus on the left Shoulder [looks like a U with a small "s" inside it].

I also give and bequeath, for Ever, as her own separate property, Unto My Daughter May Bell Love My Sulpher Springs place, Once known as the Pok Wilson place, Situated in Pickens County C. N.

I also give and bequeath, for Ever, as their own separate property Unto My Children Above Named, Viz - Eugenia Love, Thomas B. Love, Maud Winter Love & May Bell Love, a certain purchase I made in the City of Vanburen, Arkansas, On the 10th day of Sept. 1870. Which purchase Consists of two Lots and a house or Residence, including all the purchased furniture, fixtures etc.

I Robt. H. Love, Bequeath & give all the property here after named to be held as common property & as their own for Ever. - Viz -

Hog Mark. Crop off the left Ear.

All My house hold & kitchen furniture and all the appertinuses and fixtures appertaining to said house.

All the crops of 1870, and all future crops and proceeds of My Lands.

All note, accounts, assets, Suits, etc. held by me, Which are due or May become due. Also all claims against the Creek Nation, also, against the United States Government.

Also My claim including My Bridge on Biauer Creek.

I Robt. H. Love, as heretofore stated, Grant, bequeath, and give for Ever all the property above named My farming Utencils, Black Smith tools and My two horse wagon to my children above named But, I, as their father and Natural Guardian reserve the entire right and priviledge of Managing all the property above named for the use and benefit of Said Children.

I further allot to the Children above named an improvement I own, Situated in a bend on Red river, known as the Overton bend, Now occupied by J. A. Addington.

Also, I give and bequeath Unto My Children above named to hold and keep as their own property my present residence known as the Oil Spring place.

Also I give and bequeath to My Children anticedently named My two trunks.

That if the said Robert H Love, be and appear at Pickens County Court room between the hours of 9 o clock A.M. and 3 o clock P.M. On the first day of Jan. term of District Court, 1870, Then this obligation to be null and void, Otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

Deed of Gift to Mrs. Emily Burney

Know all men by this instrument of writing. That we

the undersigned Citizens of the Chickasaw Nation and legal heirs to of the Estate of David C. Burney (Des) do in consideration of the natural love and affection we have for Mrs. Emily Burney widow of David C Burney (Des) Give unto said Mrs. Emily Burney all of our claims and interest in the following described property (to wit).

The Farm and all of its improvements, Situated on the Washita River in Pickens County C.N. about two miles above Joe Moore's Ferry, on same River, and about two miles below what is known as Thompson Crossing on Washita River.

And do by these presents relinquish unto said Mrs. Emily Burney, all our rights claims and interest in Said Farm and improvements forever for her own use and benefit.

In testimony whereof we have hereunto Signed our names and affixed our seals, this the 15th day of Nov. AD 1880.

Bill of Sale To Nannie Archerd

Know all parties who may be hereby concerned That I have this day for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars sold and transferred my entire interest in a farm located on the Washita River about two miles above Joe Moore's Ferry in Pickens County C.N. and known as the Burney Old Place, to my daughter Nannie Archerd this Feb. 2nd 1883.

Know all men by these presents, that I this day bargain and sell to J. H. Durham my third interest in the McLaughlin place, Situated on Red River Pickens County Chickasaw Nation and all the land laying South of the Mack Place, commencing from the South East corner of the McLaughlin farm thence South to the River, thence East to the mouth of the Mabes Branch, thence North to the said Mack place, for the consideration ($500.00) five hundred dollars to me paid, to be his. I hereby warrant the title of same.

Given under my this the 4th day of November A D 1887.
