Elzira was born in IT, 7 JAN 1844.⁽¹⁸⁹⁷⁾ Elzira⁽¹⁸⁹⁸⁾ was the daughter of Robert Colbert and 'Elsey' Mollie (Mah-La-To-Ka) Toka. Elzira died 22 FEB 1905 in IT, at 61 years of age. Her body was interred FEB 1905 in Bloomfield Cemetery, Bloomfield Academy site, Bryan Co., OK.⁽¹⁸⁹⁹⁾ Elzira enrolled in Colbert, Panola Co., Chickasaw Nation, IT for the Dawes Chickasaw Roll on 10 OCT 1898 and appears on Dawes card number 1069.⁽¹⁹⁰⁰⁾
