She married twice. She married Levi Kemp circa 1859.⁽¹⁵⁰⁵⁾ (Levi Kemp is #11480.) Levi⁽¹⁵⁰⁶⁾ was the son of Joel I. Kemp and Mariah Colbert. Levi died 1865.⁽¹⁵⁰⁷⁾ She married Jackson Kilpatrick Kemp in IT, circa 1867.⁽¹⁵⁰⁸⁾ (Jackson Kilpatrick Kemp is #23290.) Jackson was the son of Jackson Kemp and Martha "Patsey" Colbert.

Elzira enrolled in Colbert, Panola Co., Chickasaw Nation, IT for the Dawes Chickasaw Roll on 10 OCT 1898 and appears on Dawes card number 1069.⁽¹⁵⁰⁹⁾

Levi Kemp and Elzira "Ziley" Colbert had the following child:
