She married twice. She married Francis 'Frank' M. Love.⁽⁴¹²²⁾ (Francis 'Frank' M. Love is #3030.) Francis was born 5 DEC 1848. Francis⁽⁴¹²³⁾ was the son of William 'Bill' Love and Carryann (Carry Ann) Edna Bonner. Francis died 6 JUL 1873 at 24 years of age.⁽⁴¹²⁴⁾ His body was interred JUL 1873 in McCarley Cem., Bryan Co., OK. She married Judge James H. Franklin in TX, 1873.⁽⁴¹²⁵⁾ (Judge James H. Martha enrolled in IT for the Dawes Chickasaw Roll on 25 SEP 1902 and appears on Dawes card number 1096.⁽⁴¹²⁹⁾ Martha's will was probated in Bryan Co., OK, circa 1909.
