William was born in Van Buren, Crawford Co., AR, 10 OCT 1841.⁽³⁰²⁹⁾ William⁽³⁰³⁰⁾ was the son of James Mayberry Randolph and Tobitha Jerichia Shannon. William died 29 JUL 1915 in Pauls Valley, Garvin Co., OK, at 73 years of age. William enrolled in Chickasaw Nation, IT for the Dawes Chickasaw Roll on 1898 and appears on Dawes card number 473.
