Mourning Tree⁴ Allen (Elizabeth 'Betsy'³ Love, Sally (House of In-cun-no-mar)² Colbert, James Logan¹)⁽¹⁰⁸⁵⁾ (#2953) was born in Tuckpulla, Chickasaw Nation, MS 22 AUG 1833.⁽¹⁰⁸⁶⁾ Mourning died 14 FEB 1899 in Colbert, Panola Co., Chickasaw Nation, IT, at 65 years of age.⁽¹⁰⁸⁷⁾ Her gravestone says she died 15 FEB 1899. Her body was interred FEB 1899 in Garden of Memory, Colbert, Bryan Co., OK.⁽¹⁰⁸⁸⁾

She married twice. She married Maxwell T. Frazier before 1856.⁽¹⁰⁸⁹⁾ (Maxwell T. Frazier is #2954.) Maxwell was born in MS, circa 1819. Maxwell⁽¹⁰⁹⁰⁾ was the son of Charles Frazier and Jane Colbert. Maxwell died circa 1857. He was living in DEC 1856 when the "1855" Choctaw Roll was made, but his wife remarried on FEB 1858, hence he is believed to have died in 1857.

He was listed as a resident in the census report in Loosa Schuma, Choctaw Nation, MS, 28 NOV 1834.⁽¹⁰⁹¹⁾ He was a student in Choctaw Academy, Scott Co., KY, 9 JAN 1835. School: school unknown.⁽¹⁰⁹²⁾ In a letter from Benjamin Reynolds, Chickasaw Indian Agent, to Elbert Herring, dated 9 JAN 1835, Reynolds stated that he has dispatched James W. Henderson with 10 boys for the Choctaw Academy. One was Maxwell Frazier, who could read.

He was listed as a resident in the census report on '1855' Choctaw Roll, Chickasaw District, IT, DEC 1856. She married Rev. Charles Edward Gooding in IT, FEB 1858.⁽¹⁰⁹³⁾ (Rev. Charles Edward Gooding is #2955.) Charles was born in Portland, Cumberland Co., ME, 11 JUL 1833.⁽¹⁰⁹⁴⁾ Charles⁽¹⁰⁹⁵⁾ was the son of Lemuel 'Lem' Gooding Jr. and Mehitable Ann Bailey. Charles died 2 JUN 1888 in Colbert, Panola Co., Chickasaw Nation, IT, at 54 years of age.⁽¹⁰⁹⁶⁾ His body was interred JUN 1888 in Garden of Memory, Colbert, Bryan Co., OK.⁽¹⁰⁹⁷⁾ Charles's occupation: Judge before 1888. Conflicting evidence states that he died 6 JUN 1888.
