She married Judge Reuben Rolla Bourland in Holly Springs, Marshall Co., MS, 29 SEP 1842.⁽⁸²³⁾ "The Guard", newspaper of Holly Springs, MS, (October 4, 1842), states, "Married on the 27th (SEP), by Judge Lewellan, Reuben R. Bourland to Miss Eliza B. Moore daughter of John B. Moore, dec'd." (Judge Reuben Rolla Bourland is #2927.)

Reuben was born in Hopkins Co., KY, MAR 1820.⁽⁸²⁴⁾ Reuben⁽⁸²⁵⁾ was the son of Benjamin F. Bourland and Nancy Agnes McElroy. Reuben died 18 DEC 1900 in McAlester, Tobucksy Co., Choctaw Nation, IT, at 80 years of age.⁽⁸²⁶⁾ Reuben applied for a marriage license to wed Eliza B. Moore 1842.⁽⁸²⁷⁾ He was listed as a resident in the census report in Kiamitia Dist., Choctaw Nation, IT, 1860. Reuben enrolled in McAlester, Tobucksy Co., Choctaw Nation, IT for the Dawes Chickasaw Roll on 4 OCT 1898 and appears on Dawes card number 995.⁽⁸²⁸⁾ Reuben's occupation: Farmer/Judge in IT, before 1900.

Eliza's will was probated in Doaksville, Towson Co., Choctaw Nation, IT.⁽⁸²⁹⁾ Eliza applied for a marriage license to wed Judge Reuben Rolla Bourland 1842.⁽⁸³⁰⁾ Conflicting evidence states that she died in IT, 8 OCT 1857.⁽⁸³¹⁾
