She was listed as a resident in the census report on '1855' Choctaw Roll, Chickasaw District, IT, DEC 1856. Melvina was divorced from B. F. Allen in Berwyn, Pickens Co., Chick Nation, IT, 1 MAR 1865.⁽¹¹⁸⁴⁾

Richard was born in Lexington, KY, 17 FEB 1838. Richard⁽¹¹⁸⁹⁾ was the son of Richard Wiggs and Elizabeth Jones. Richard died before 1892. He made a will in Oday, MO, 24 JUN 1859. Richard served in the military in Co. C, 11th TX Cavalry, CSA, circa 1863.
