Levi "Itawamba Minco"², James Logan¹)⁽¹⁵⁷⁵⁾ (#1986) was born in MS.⁽¹⁵⁷⁶⁾ Adolphus died 1865 in nr Old Preston.⁽¹⁵⁷⁷⁾ Robb Record Cook states, " Dolphie Colbert was killed by a party of desperadoes during the Conferderate War, near Red River." His body was interred 1865 in Frank Colbert's Place, Chickasaw Nation, IT.

He married twice. He married May Spence. (May Spence is #5871.) May was born in KY. May was the daughter of ???? Spence. He married Orilla B. Folsom in IT, 4 JUN 1857.⁽¹⁵⁷⁸⁾ (Orilla B. Folsom is #3477.) Orilla was born in MS, 27 MAR 1827.⁽¹⁵⁷⁹⁾ Orilla⁽¹⁵⁸⁰⁾ was the daughter of Rev. Israel Folsom and Louvisa 'Dovie' Nail. Orilla died 28 SEP 1862 in Mineral Bayou, Choctaw Nation, IT, at 35 years of age.⁽¹⁵⁸¹⁾ She was listed as a resident in the census report on '1855' Choctaw Roll, Blue Co., Choctaw Nation, IT, NOV/DEC 1856.

554 i. George Franklin "Frank"⁵ Colbert⁽¹⁵⁸²⁾ (#5868) was born in Mineral Bayou, Choctaw Nation, IT 31 MAY 1858.⁽¹⁵⁸³⁾

Telephus Colbert⁽¹⁵⁸⁴⁾ (#5869) was born in Mineral Bayou, Choctaw Nation, IT 23 FEB 1861.⁽¹⁵⁸⁵⁾ Telephus died 22 OCT 1868 in Boggy Depot, Atoka Co., Choctaw Nation, IT, at 7 years of age.⁽¹⁵⁸⁶⁾ Died at age 7 of cerebro-spinal meningitis. Cemetery recording sheet states, "Grave stone in stone wall area with Israel Folsom says death date was 23 OCT 1867, age 7 years." As he was orphaned as an infant, he was "adopted" by his aunt Czarina (Folsom) Bond and Dr. Bond.

556 iii. Mollie Colbert⁽¹⁵⁸⁷⁾ (#5873) was born 13 JAN 1865. She married twice. She married Milton B. Overton.⁽¹⁵⁸⁸⁾ (Milton B. Overton is #2984.) Milton was born 16 JAN 1861. Milton⁽¹⁵⁸⁹⁾ was the son of Gov. Benjamin Franklin Overton and Sarah Clementine Jones. Milton died 2 APR 1889 at 28 years of age.⁽¹⁵⁹⁰⁾ His body was interred APR 1889 in Willis Cemetery, Willis, Marshall Co., OK. Conflicting evidence states that he died in Fort Smith, Sebastian Co., AR, AUG 1889.⁽¹⁵⁹¹⁾ "Fort Smith Weekly" - 16 AUG 1889, "Milton Overton, son of late governor, accused of killing James Sacra, died, took sick in jail."

She married Thomas Smith 1891. (Thomas Smith is #5874.) Thomas died 16 FEB 1926.
