She married Adolphus Henry Law in Berwyn, Pickens Co., Chick Nation, IT, 18 NOV 1871.⁽³⁵⁴⁵⁾ (Adolphus Henry Law is #4729.) Adolphus was born in Wilkinson Co., MS, 17 NOV 1844.⁽³⁵⁴⁶⁾ Adolphus⁽³⁵⁴⁷⁾ was the son of Harvey M. Law and Elizabeth Brown McRea. Adolphus died 12 JAN 1927 in Palacios, Matagorda Co., TX, at 82 years of age.⁽³⁵⁴⁸⁾ Adolphus served in the military in 12th Texas Dragoons, CSA, circa 1863. According to conflicting evidence, he married Margaret Elizabeth Burney DEC 1870.⁽³⁵⁴⁹⁾ He was listed as a resident in the census report in Chickasaw Roll, Pickens Co., Chickasaw Nat., IT, 1878. Adolphus's occupation: Judge in Chickasaw Nation, IT, before 1904. During the Civil War, A.H. Law was a member of the 12th Texas Dragoons, CSA. In 1897, he was the treasurer of the United Confederate Veterns association, John H. Morgan Camp No. 107, Ardmore, I.T.
