109. George G.⁴ Allen (Elizabeth 'Betsy'³ Love, Sally (House of In-cun-no-mar)² Colbert, James Logan¹)⁽⁹⁸¹⁾ (#1308) was born in Pontotoc, MS 1805.⁽⁹⁸²⁾ George died after 1853.

He married Charity Colbert 1829.⁽⁹⁸³⁾ (Charity Colbert is #1294.) Charity was born in Chickasaw Nation, 1805.⁽⁹⁸⁴⁾ Charity⁽⁹⁸⁵⁾ was the daughter of Maj. Levi "Itawamba Minco" Colbert and Mintahoyo House of Imatapo. Charity died after 1853. She was listed as a resident in the census report in Chickasaw Roll, Chickasaw Nation, MS, 1818.

Charity (Colbert) Allen filed a sworn affidavit, dated 1 Sep 1853, that she was the daughter of Levi Colbert and that she moved to Indian Territory in 1847. In an affidavit dated 29 Nov 1853, she stated that she was 47 or 48 years old.

He was listed as a resident in the census report in Chickasaw Roll, Chickasaw Nation, MS, 1818.

Affidavit filed by Allen, dated 29 Nov 1853, states that he was born in Pontotoc Co., MS, in 1805. That he married Charity Colbert, daughter of Levi Colbert and Mintihoyea in 1829. That he lived with his wife on Horn Lake, TN, until 1847. That in the earthquake of 1812, Charity was about 7 years old. That Adam Colbert was the son of Levi Colbert and Iemushsharhotay (Immashaookta) and that Adam was born about the same time as his 1/2 sister Charity.

George G. Allen and Charity Colbert had the following children:

213 i. Martin W.⁴ Allen⁽⁹⁸⁶⁾ (#1309).

214 ii. Elsie Allen⁽⁹⁸⁷⁾ (#1310). She married Zachariah Colbert.⁽⁹⁸⁸⁾ (Zachariah Colbert is #1943.) Zachariah was born before 1848.⁽⁹⁸⁹⁾ Zachariah⁽⁹⁹⁰⁾ was the son of Maj. Pitman (Samuel B.) Colbert and Sarah 'Sallie' McGillivray. His body was interred in Doaksville, Towson Co., Choctaw Nation, IT.⁽⁹⁹¹⁾ He resided in Pontotoc Co., Chickasaw Nation, IT 1878.⁽⁹⁹²⁾

215 iii. Emily Allen⁽⁹⁹³⁾ (#1311). Emily died circa 1865. She married Robert Lewis Boyd after 1864.⁽⁹⁹⁴⁾ (Robert Lewis Boyd is #1994.) Robert was born in Marshall Co., MS, 18 JAN 1845.⁽⁹⁹⁵⁾ Robert⁽⁹⁹⁶⁾ was the son of Dr. James Maxwell Boyd and Nancy Mahota 'Mehotey' Love. Robert died 1917 in Vinta, Craig Co., OK, at 72 years of age.⁽⁹⁹⁷⁾ His body was interred 1917 in City Cem., Tishomingo, Johnston Co., OK.⁽⁹⁹⁸⁾ Robert's occupation: Judge in Chickasaw Nation, IT. Conflicting evidence states that Robert was born in Marshall Co., MS, 1840.⁽⁹⁹⁹⁾ Robert immigrated, 1855. Destination: destination unknown.
