7. Samuel² Colbert (James Logan¹)⁽¹¹⁶⁾ (#1075) was born circa 1761. Samuel died circa 1782.⁽¹¹⁷⁾

He married Nancy Frazier.⁽¹¹⁸⁾ (Nancy Frazier is #1896.) Nancy⁽¹¹⁹⁾ was the daughter of Alexander Frazier and Mollie (Mary) Perry. Nancy died before 1889. She was listed as a resident in the census report in Batapanbogue, Choctaw Nation, MS, 28 NOV 1834. She was listed as a resident in the census report on '1855' Choctaw Roll, Chickasaw District, IT, DEC 1856.

Conflicting evidence states that he died before 1800.⁽¹²⁰⁾ Killed by Northern Indians.

Samuel Colbert and Nancy Frazier had the following children:
