He married Eliza B. Brooks 1 JAN 1870.⁽³¹³⁷⁾ (Eliza B. Brooks is #777.) Eliza was born in GA, 21 MAR 1854.⁽³¹³⁸⁾ Eliza⁽³¹³⁹⁾ was the daughter of John Brooks and Jane Rogers. Eliza died 1942 in OK?, at 88 years of age. Her body was interred 1942 in Woodville Cemetery, Marshall Co., OK. According to conflicting evidence, she married Thomas Juzan 1874.⁽³¹⁴⁰⁾ Eliza enrolled in Woodville, Pickens Co., Chickasaw Nation, IT for the Dawes Chickasaw Roll on 4 OCT 1898 and appears on Dawes card number 998.⁽³¹⁴¹⁾ She was listed as a resident in the census report in Woodville District, Chickasaw Nation, IT, 5 JUN 1900.⁽³¹⁴²⁾ Her funeral was held in Woodville, Marshall Co., OK, 1942.⁽³¹⁴³⁾ Funeral services for Eliza Juzan who lived in this county, [Pickens/Marshall Co], for 72 years at 3:00 Sunday at the Woodville Methodist Church. She was born March 21, 1854, in GA. Married THomas Juzan in 1870. She had two sons and three daughters, of which only two daughter survive, Mrs. E. H. Duffee [sic McDuffee], Mrs. Amelia Steel. Mr. Juzan died in 1915. Rev. J. S. Dennis of the Kingston Methodist Church officiating.

Brooks 1874.⁽³¹⁴⁵⁾ Thomas enrolled in Woodville, Pickens Co., Chickasaw Nation, IT for the Dawes Chickasaw Roll on 4 OCT 1898 and appears on Dawes card number 998.⁽³¹⁴⁶⁾ He resided in Woodville, Pickens Co., Chickasaw Nation, IT 1901, 5 miles north of town.⁽³¹⁴⁷⁾ Thomas's occupation: farmer/rancher in IT/OK, before 1915.⁽³¹⁴⁸⁾ He became blind in 1880.

1033 v. Jackson R. Juzan (#907) was born in IT 6 NOV 1883. Jackson died 9 SEP 1887 in IT, at 3 years of age. His body was interred SEP 1887 in Woodville Cemetery, Marshall Co., OK.
