17 June 1874 Simon Kemp, Tishomingo County, Chickasaw Nation. Statement that Joel Kemp made a verbal will in Simon Kemp's presence as follows: "I want my property divided equally among you all. Some of them may say that I gave them this, and may say I give them that - but I have not give you all anything. I want you all to divide it equally." [Doc #6879]

06 Jan 1876 Lottie Brooks, Tishomingo County, Chickasaw Nation. Last will and testament, giving to her grandchildren, Nancy Love and Clifton Love, 1/3 of her farm, as divided and staked that day, said 1/3 of her farm to be given into the hands of Mrs. Sophie Nesbts, as guardian for said children; that the remainder of her farm and all the property she may own at her death, she gives unto her daughter Nancy Smith. Thompson, deceased, of Tishomingo County, Chickasaw Nation, to Overton Love and his wife, to rear, requesting that she, Lucinda Bynum, be appointed guardian of said minor, Thomas Thompson; advising that Mrs. L. 17 Apr 1879 N. W. Rider, Administrator of the estate of Tush-ketubie, deceased. To J. H. Wolf, County and Probate Judge, Tishomingo County, Chickasaw Nation. Advising that on the day he had advertised to sell the homestead of Tush-ketubie, he was prevented by sickness from going to and sellng said place, and that on the same day, ------ Frazier, former wife of said deceased, sold said place to Albert McKinney, without his counsel; asking to be relieved from further duty.
